What data we process

Data you give us yourself: name, company, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your enquiry (quantity, delivery place, date).

The form on this site does not send data to our server. It opens your own e-mail program with a pre-filled message, which you send yourself.

Technical data logged by the web server: IP address, date and time, the page requested, response code and browser information (user agent).

Purpose and legal basis

Answering your enquiry, preparing a quote and concluding a contract: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Business correspondence with company representatives and establishing or pursuing claims: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

Server logs: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, to keep the site secure and working.

Invoicing and accounting: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

How long we keep data

Correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle the enquiry and perform the contract, then until claims become time-barred.

Accounting records are kept for the period required by tax law.

Server logs are rotated daily and deleted after 14 days.

Recipients

Data may be shared with our service providers: e-mail provider, server provider, accounting office and hauliers if you order delivery.

The site is hosted on a server in Poland. We do not sell data or pass it to other companies for marketing.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest.

You may lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw), or with the authority in your country.

Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply.

We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
